In the past this office has provided you with funding methods to provide monies
for your projects by means of debt financing. Although these funding
mechanisms are still available we have observed that most funding requests
received by this office relate to construction projects of a start-up nature. In
these instances the Developer has limited capital and assuming an obligation to
incur a debt service obligation further inhibits the project from proceeding and
coming to fruition. The information that follows relates solely to equity financing.

The Basics
A Business Plan must be submitted for a project to be built reflecting project
costs of a minimum $20 million USD (will consider 10MM min.).

The geographical location may include
North and South America, the Caribbean and Western Europe.

The Business Plan should be as comprehensive as possible and should include
the following: a detailed use of funds, a draw down schedule by month showing
the amounts needed and the related purpose, and a pro-forma (projection)
statement for a period of 3-5 years. If available, but not always needed, would
be an environmental study and a feasibility study.

Financial Requirement of Client

The client must provide a cash account of 20% of the requested funding amount
(the project cost). The funds can remain in the client’s bank. Confirmation
should be made by submitting a current bank statement or bank generated tear
sheet. The money must remain in the client’s bank account from the date of the
issuance of a commitment letter through the projected 4-6 week funding cycle.

Note: This funding is not directly or indirectly related to any trading platform.

Safety of Financial Requirement

The client’s cash account is never at risk. This account will not be blocked,
encumbered, restricted, moved, or transferred at any time. The client can remain
as the sole signatory.

The Funding Structure

The Equity Provider will provide 100% of the required financing for 50% equity
in the project which shall begin at the inception of the funding. Client may enter
into an agreement to buy back the funders’ equity position at any time.
